Our story started a long time ago in Provencal Drome. It stretches over several centuries and its long tradition that, from generation to generation, decade after decade, has been kept alive and has survived.
It resembles life, with its good times, followed by more sombre periods, even sometimes forgotten, but always reappearing keeping to rediscovered recipes, little knacks and never-forgotten secrets.

The story of Aiguebelle then Eyguebelle, is the story of enthusiastic and sensitive men, always driven by the concern for perfection in developing their elixirs, liqueurs, and fruit cordials. To succeed, they searched all through Provence and the Alps for the best roots, seeds, fruit and flowers to extract the quintessential elements.

Nowadays, it is still this enthusiasm that, in the manufacture of the cordials and the blending of aromas, enables us to express all the subtlety in the fruit flavours and aromas.
In this way, the memory of this long tradition of distilling remains alive, tracking down flavours and perfumes. It is our passion, and our business.
